Ribeyes are thick and beautiful, with the ideal amount of marbling of fat (a.k.a. flavor!) that doesn’t need a marinade.
Everyone has their favorite cut of steak, but no matter what you choose, each steak typically will require about 4 to 6 minutes per side for that perfect medium-rare result.
It might seem tempting to cut right into your steak, but please let it rest at least 10 minutes to allow the meat to seal in all those glorious juices.
